Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

Refunds are considered only for damaged, incorrect, duplicate, or unavailable products. Customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share order details with clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

Books must be unused and in the condition received. Returns may not be accepted for used, damaged after delivery, or custom/special-order items.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
